How to Cancel Your Order

You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation:

Please send us an email with the following details:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email used during checkout

• Reason for cancellation (optional)

Important Notes

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

• If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
