At SKASS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Digital goods (if any)


3. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Email us with photos and order details. If approved, an exchange will be processed.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
